The interim CEO and board of trustees of Cetronia Ambulance Corps is pleased to announce the promotion of Amy Ninos to chief financial officer. Ninos had served as the director of finance since 2017. Prior to Cetronia Ambulance Corps, Ninos began her professional career as an associate marketing analyst for Rodale Inc. and rose to senior finance manager over a 26-year career.
In her new role, Ninos’ duties will include being an active participant in analyzing and negotiating contracts; identifying financial risks and opportunities; managing investments; arranging debt and equity financing; and monitoring and directing the implementation of strategic business plans.
“We are extremely proud of the work that Amy has done for the Corps since she has been here. Amy is always thinking of ways to improve the cash flow, decrease write-offs, and eliminate billing processing time and materials. This promotion is well deserved and I am excited to begin this new working relationship with her,” said Interim CEO Robert F. Mateff Sr.
“I have learned a tremendous amount about EMS, which was brand new to me when I started at Cetronia. I have so much respect for what our employees do every day, and I am very proud to do my part to make the Corps function at its best and I am very humbled to receive this promotion,” said Ninos.
Ninos graduated from Lower Dauphin High School in 1987 and attended Moravian College graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management. While at Moravian, Ninos was the treasurer of her sorority, and landed an internship with the director of finance for the City of Bethlehem. Ninos resides in Laurys Station with her husband.
