70 Songs to Help You Perform CPR and Save Lives

February 11, 2025 | Category: Article

February is American Heart Month—a time to focus on heart health and the steps we can all take to save lives. One of the most impactful ways to make a difference is by learning CPR. When someone experiences cardiac arrest, every second counts, and staying on beat while administering chest compressions is key to effective CPR.

To help you keep the right rhythm and in honor of our 70th Anniversary year, we’ve created a list of 70 songs with the correct tempo to guide your compressions. Remember, the most important step before performing CPR is to call 911. Check out the playlist and be prepared to make a life-saving difference!
