We know that during this pandemic you have probably been doing a lot more cooking and baking at home. Do you have a favorite meal you make? What about the perfect dessert? We’d love for you to share any of your recipes or tips with us to use in our 2nd Edition Cetronia Ambulance Corps Cookbook – “COVID-19 Relief” to be released in 2021!

Our 1st Edition was produced in the 80s and we think it’s time for a refresh. We’ll be using the proceeds of the sales of the cookbook to help continue our lifesaving mission. You can submit your favorite hors d’oeuvres, side dishes, entrees, breads, casseroles, candy, desserts, tips and tricks or even your favorite beverage! All recipes should be sent to Kim Blichar at blichark@cetronia.org or mailed to 4300 Broadway, Allentown, PA 18104 no later than January 31, 2021 to be evaluated for inclusion. Recipes do not need to be typed. Please include preparation details and how many servings the recipe will make.
