Qualifications:

•  Demonstrates consistent history of reliability
•  Certified Paramedic
•  Medical command eligibility in Eastern PA
•  PHTLS certification
•  PALS certification
•  ACLS certification
•  CPR certification
•  High School Diploma or GED
•  EVOC certification
•  Annual Blood Borne Pathogen/TB/Haz-Com Awareness Program
•  Valid Driver’s License
•  Effective communicator
•  Independent Worker

Duties:

•  Emergency and non-emergency ambulance operations
•  Provides ALS level patient care
•  Evaluates and treats patients, removes and assists in the removal of victims from an accident scene or catastrophe
•  Completes documentation in a timely manner
•  Retrieval/delivery of supplies and equipment
•  Maintain vehicle in constant state of readiness adherent to Corps standards
•  Demonstrates excellent patient care and customer service
•  Development of efficient work processes
•  Quality improvement techniques
