Why Support The Great Ambulance Chase?

Cetronia Ambulance Corps has a proud 57 year history of providing emergency medical services to residents throughout the Greater Lehigh Valley and is the only nationally accredited ambulance service in Eastern PA.  As a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, Cetronia does not recieve tax subsidies and relies solely on grants, donations, subscriptions and user fees to support its critical role in the region's public safey system.

Cetronia Ambulance Corps is dedicated to the ongoing education of its employees, volunteeers and communities all of which benefit directly from our training programs offered in CPR, First Aid, AED and Emergency Preparedness.

Specifically targeted for small children, "Andy the Ambulance" is a minirobotic replica of a Cetronia ambulance with the ability to interact with elementary and pre-school children in an innovative way; educating them on how to call 911, when to call 911 and what to do in an emergency.  With his headlights, taillights and flashing warning lights, he is highly visible and greatly enhances Cetronia's youth education programs.

The proceeds from the 5K Race and Family-Fun Walk will benefit children's 911 education and awareness programs offered by Cetronia Ambulance Corps.  Each year, Cetronia participates in over 200 standby's educational and community events through the Greater Lehigh Valley, many at which Andy is present.
